Rayvn announced raising NOK 40 million from DSD and Investinor.

Rayvn, a Bergen, Norway-based software developer of a user-friendly and flexible solution for critical events management, announced raising NOK 40M ($4.7M) in a new capital investment round.

The money was raised from investors including DSD (15 million) and Investinor (25 million). The company says that its business was valued to $16.5 million, compared to $9.5 million from the round closed in 2020.

Rayvn, founded in 2016 as a joint venture between Enovate and Total Safety and led by CEO Henrik von Schlanbusch, developed a cloud-based software solution used for effective management of any kind of crisis or incident. The company claims that the number of users doubled yoy.
