ReachMee was acquired by Verdane Capital and added to holding company HR Nordic.
ReachMee, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of cloud-based recruitment solutions, announced that it entered in a strategic acquisition deal whereas it was acquired by investment company Verdane Capital.
The deal, which has the financial details undisclosed, was made through Verdane-owned holding company HR Nordic, which acquires all the shares in ReachMee from the majority owner FH Kapital. FH Kapital will remain as a shareholder, as it will re-invest some of its sales proceeds into the new company.
HR Nordic was formed through the merger of two other Verdane portfolio companies, the Norwegians Webcruiter and HR Manager, which were bought and merged in 2018. The holding is expected to reach over 2 000 customers and combined recurring revenues of NOK 150 million ($18M) per year.
Lars Christian Ringdal, who today manages HR Manager / Webcruiter, becomes joint CEO of the group.
ReachMee, founded in 2005 and led by CEO Nils Bergman, built a software solution helping organsiations with discovering, recruiting and hiring talent. The company has 65 employees based in Stockholm's headquarters and in Oslo, Helsinki and Kiev, and sales of SEK 48M ($6M) in the last fiscal year provided by more than 700 large and small customers in both the private and public sectors, including NCC, Ahlsell, and McDonalds.
