Robot Aviation lands NOK two-digit million amount in fresh equity investment.

Robot Aviation AS, a Hønefoss, Norway-based manufacturer of unmanned aircraft systems, announced receiving a two-digit million amount (in Norwegian crowns) in a closed round with investment from the existing investors.

The investment will partly go for additional product development and integration - as well as development of test facilities at Eggemoen and the company's establishment at Grand Forks, North Dakota, which gives them access to the Northen Plains UAS Test Site

Robot Aviation, founded in 2008 by Ole Vidar Funnemark Homleid and Per Kristian Haga (CEO), develops and produces Unmanned Aircraft Systems systems for professional use that are primarily designed for use in the energy sector, inspection and monitoring of critical infrastructure.
