Roima Intelligence was acquired by Intera

Roima Intelligence, an Espoo, Finland-based provider of software solutions for industrial manufacturing operations, announced getting into an investment agreement for being acquired by Intera Partners.

FInancial details of the deal were not disclosed. The deal was made with actual owner, Korona Invest, which exits its equity position. Management and key personnel will continue as significant shareholders.

Roima Intelligence, founded in 2014 and led by CEO Jukka Ropponen, provides software solutions and expertise in manufacturing operations management, warehouse management, product information management and machine vision. The company has around 300 customers in Finland and across Europe which generated in 2017 a turnover of around 18 million euros.
