Ruokaboksi announced raising €600k from Innovestor, Korpi Capital and Reaktor Ventures

Ruokaboksi, a Helsinki, Finland-based startup providing a food delivery service, announced closing a €600k ($705k) capital investment round.

The money was provided by existing investors from Finland led by Innovestor Ventures and including contributions from Korpi Capital and Reaktor Ventures.

Ruokaboksi, founded in 2017 and led by CEO uhana Rintala, built a a weekly subscription ready-made meal box, which is delivered straight to the customers door and includes all the ingredients with dinner recipes needed for the week. The company has 3 different sized meal boxes to choose from, based on preferences for e.g. vegetarian or child-friendly recipes.

Ruokaboksi expects revenue of 10 million euro at the end of 2020.
