Sayduck was acquired by Bublar for $1.4M.

Sayduck, a Helsinki, Finland-based developer of a 3D and Augmented Reality visualization platform for design brands and manufacturers, announced that it was acquired by the Swedish augmented reality mobile game studio Bublar Group.

The purchase price is agreed to SEK 13.5M ($1.4M) and is paid in stock, including a performance-based possible additional purchase price (to be paid also in shares). Through the deal, Sayduck's shareholders enter into a 1-year lock-up agreement for the shares they now receive in the purchase price.

Sayduck, founded in 2012 and led by CEO , is a 3D management and publishing platform for products with primary outputs for Web 3D and Augmented Reality.. The platform helps e-commerce companies to develop their digital product portfolio into 3D and allows customers to deploy virtual 3D models of the products in the real world with augmented reality technology.

Prior to being acquired by Bublar, Sayduck raised about $1.5M from investors including Seedcamp, Arteel Ventures and angels Harry Brunow, Jugoslav Petkovic and Martin Gorne.
