Sedna raises a $10m Series A round, led by Chalfen Ventures and Stride VC
Sedna, a London, UK and Vancouver, Canada-based SAAS company, announced raising funding of $10 million in a Series A round.
The money was raised from a range of financiers led by the British investors Chalfen Ventures (Mike Chalfen) and Stride VC (Harry Stebbings) and including participation from Emmanuel Cassimatis, Stéphane Kurgan, Kurt Björklund, Stephen Harper, Ulf Zetterberg, and Charlie Songhurst.
Sedna, founded in 2017 by CEO Bill Dobie, builds communication software that unifies all messages, data, and documentation to help you focus on the work that matters. The SAAS is currently in use by 65 paying customers and 2,000 teams across 80 countries including large-scale commodity and shipping companies like Glencore Agriculture, Bunge and Norden.
