Serviceform raised 350k in preseed money from Gorilla Ventures.

Serviceform, a Vantaa, Finland-based startup working for the development of a SAAS booking solution to be integrated on customer businesses website and social media, announced closing in a pre-seed investment rund of $350k.

The money was provided by a range of Finnish investors, including Gorilla Capital, Business Finland and Leap Investors, and will be used to expand the business.

Serviceform was founded in 2017 by Jarkko Oksanen and Iranthi Gomes, who transformed transformed their coffee catering company, Wheelys Melbourne, into a tool provider of a digital platform for event management. The core feature of the tool is Automatic Quote Generation, which allows customers to receive a quote from a business without showing pricing.  Serviceform is currently used by service businesses in the UK, USA and Australia, and is available in four different languages.
