Sharebox completed a NOK 8.4M capital investment round

Sharebox, an Oslo, Norway-based manufacturer of locker services that makes key transactions safe and convenient, completed a capital round totalling NOK 8,398,363 ($990k). The money was raised via an equity crowdfunding campaign on Around, which had NOK 11M as a target.

Sharebox, founded in 2016 by Arne Eivind Andersen (CEO) and Leif Arne Dalane, developed a locker room developed from the idea of ​​simplifying and automating key exchange. As such, they sell a subscription or an on-demand service that provides a simplified key handover by offering a service completely managed via the phone.

Prior to this, the company raised money from external investors including Agdes Invest and Storaas Invest AS
