Söderberg & Partners acquired RIVEZ Assurantiën & Risicobeheer BV from the Netherlands.

Söderberg & Partners, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company which is the biggest independent pension adviser and non-life insurance broker in the Nordic, announced that it has acquired a significant part of the Dutch insurance advisor RIVEZ Assurantiën & Risicobeheer BV.

The financial details were not disclosed.

RIVEZ is a multi-faceted insurance advisor that assists individuals, companies, institutions and municipalities with different types of insurance products, risk management solutions, and other financial services. The company was founded in 1997 and has since grown to have 70 employees in five offices in the southeastern Netherlands.
