Spiltan invests in Boulebar chain restaurant.

Boulebar, a Stockholm, Sweden-based chain restaurants managed by Pied Tanca Group AB, announced adding Spiltan as an investor in the company. Spiltan invests SEK 20M ($24M) and gets 25% of the shares in the company.

First Boulebar restaurant was launched in 2000. The chain is managed by Pied Tanca Group AB and led by CEO Henrik Kruse, and operates eight Boulebar restaurants in five cities from Denmark and Sweden.

The sales figure for 2017 was approximately SEK 175M ($21M).
