SportRizer raised €1.2M in angel funding.

SportRizer, a Quimper, France-based startup operating a platform for booking outdoor and indoor activities, announced the completion of a €1.2M ($1.4M) in capital funding.

The money was provided by a range of angel investors from France and will be used to consolidate the operations throughout the French market.

Sportrizer, founded in 2016 by Tom Marsal and Mathieu Romeuf, developed an online tool that keeps track of nearby activities, providing also optionality for booking. The platform indexes about 5,000 events, outdoor and indoor activities around various themes: water sports, mountain sports, mountain biking, paragliding, yoga lessons, escape-games.
