Sprinque to raise €1.7 million in funding from Volta Ventures and Force Over Mass.

Sprinque, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based SAAS startup developing a checkout platform for B2B merchants and marketplaces, announced that it closed a financing deal at €1.7 million ($2M).

The money was raised from investors led by Volta Ventures and Force Over Mass and joined by multiple angel investors including Gaston Aussems (ex-CEO, Mollie), Matt Robinson (Founder, GoCardless), Charlie Delingpole (Founder & CEO, ComplyAdvantage), Rainer Majcen (ex-CEO, Finance BPO at Arvato Financial Solutions), Chris Adelsbach, and Great Stuff Ventures.

Sprinque, incubated in the winter of 2021 by Manoj Tutika, Mark Holleman and CEO Juan Espinosa, built a digital checkout infrastructure to make business transactions as frictionless as ordering something from a consumer webshop. The solution needs one single integration and offers a multitude of business-specific options, as the platform automates all payment workflows, providing merchants with the option to get instantly paid.
