SuperOffice to add Axcel as major investor in the company.

SuperOffice, an Oslo, Norway-based CRM provider, announced getting into an investment agreement for selling a major equity stake in the company to the private equity investor from Denamrk Axcel.

FInancial details of the transaction were not disclosed. SuperOffice is being acquired from the founder’s family, Visma, and key employees. The current management team will reinvest alongside Axcel.

SuperOffice, led by CEO Gisle Jentoft, was founded in 1990 and has since 2015 transitioned to a cloud-based SaaS provider helping a cusomer base of more than 5,500 SMEs. The company provides modular end-to-end CRM solutions helping clients manage their customer interactions by organising, automating and synchronising data from sales, marketing and customer service.
