Swedish VR game studio Resolution Games gets SEK 50 million funding from Google, Creandum, Initial Capital, Bonnier Growth Media and Partech Ventures
Resolution Games, a Stockholm, Sweden-based game studio, announced completing an investment round totalling SEK 50M ($5.8M). The venture capital round involved investors such as Google Ventures, Bonnier Ventures and Creandum.
Resolution Games was founded by CEO Tommy Palm, who previously was one of the leading developers in the Swedish gaming company King. Resolution Games aims to develop exclusively games in virtual reality.

"We focus on the VR over the long term with small, fast-moving team that has the ability to create and iterate a number of new concepts. So far we have created seven games prototypes, launched our first title and working on the next one, which will become a VR game with the fish theme for launch early 2016"
