Swile secured €70 million in a funding round led by Index Ventures

Swile, a Paris, France-based fintech startup that offers digital solutions for employee rewards and benefits through a custom card and app, secured a capital round of €70 million ($78m).

The money was raised from investors led by Index Ventures, with new investor Large Venture – a Bpifrance VC fund – and prior backer Idinvest participating.

Proceeds will be used to extend beyond its digital meal voucher alternative.

Swile, founded in 2018 by Loic Soubeyrand, is a provider of digital solutions for employee rewards and benefits through a custom card and app. Swile is reinventing the corporate lunchtime experience with group ordering, couponing, and payment app.
