Synergy SKY adds RoosGruppen as investors in the company.

Synergy SKY, an Oslo, Norway-based software developer for digital meetings and collaboration, entered into an investment agreement of SEK 66M ($6.7M).

The transaction was made with the Swedish investor RoosGruppen (Håkan Roos), which will control about a third of the company post deal, becoming one of the major shareholders in the company. Previously, RoosGruppen has only owned a small share.

The proceeds will be used for international expansion.

Synergy SKY, founded in 2008 by Eivind Larsen and Ståle Reitan (CEO), offers software to integrate and manage video conferencing. The company has 40 employees, is active in eleven countries in Europe and the United States and made about $6M in sales in 2019
