Templafy has raised an additional $15 million to its Series B round.
Templafy, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing a SaaS platform for enterprise template management and document creation, announced that it secured an additional $15 million in capital investment.
The money represents supplementing funding to its $17.2M Series B round announced at the beginning of 2018 and will be used to accelerate Templafy's growth.
The additional capital comes from existing investors, including Insight Venture Partners and Dawn Capital as well as existing Series A investors SEED Capital, Preben Damgaard, the company's founders and management and other private investors.
Templafy, founded in 2014 and led by CEO Jesper Theill Eriksen, developed a platform used for the management of custom company templates, brand assets and best practice content connected with any office application, streamlining how users create on-brand and compliant documents, presentations and emails.
In August 2018, the company acquired Veodin's SlideProof, adding a Berlin office, and continued in October as Templafy opened its first U.S. office in New York City.
Templafy raised a total of $40.2M since it was founded in 2014.
