Teracom Danmark acquired the technology service company Relacom Denmark A/S, the Danish subsidiary of the Relacom Group.
Teracom Danmark, the Copenhagen, Denmark-based operator and owner of the Danish nationwide digital terrestrial TV and radio tower infrastructure network, announced the acquisition of the technology service company Relacom Denmark A/S, the Danish subsidiary of the Relacom Group.
Financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.
Relacom Denmark A/S, led by president Knut Øversjøen, primarily focuses on the construction and maintenance of nation-wide infrastructure for telecom and mobile networks, including 3G, 4G and the forthcoming 5G networks. It provides a wide range of technical services and all four large mobile operators are customers. Relacom Denmark A/S has 60 employees at two offices in Denmark.
Teracom Danmark, led by CEO Martin Løbel, is a broadcast tower company, providing mobile network operators nationwide colocation coverage. The company was formed as a merger between Teracom A/S and Digital Radio Teracom A/S, both purchased by private equity house Agilitas in 2018.
