Tietokeskus has acquired Finland-based IT supplier company SystemaStore.

Tietokeskus, a Finland-based IT infrsatructure company, announced the purchasing of SystemaStore, a Finnish IT supplier company. The details of the transaction remain undisclosed.

SystemaStore Ltd, founded in 2011, is a full service IT-business supplier, working with both individuals and companies. The company sells online and through its two different stores located in Oulu and in Kemi.

Tietokeskus, backed by Vaaka Partners since 2016, was founded in 1989 and provides IT infrastructure solutions to customers from private and public sector. In 2016, the company recorded more than EUR 60M in revenues.
