Tipser acquires Reve for $3 million.

Tipser, a Stockholm, Sweden-based software developer of ecommerce solutions, announced that it entered into an agreement for acquiring Reve, also based in Stockholm, developer of a mobile ecommerce application.

The purchasing price is SEK 30 million ($3.2M), according to the Swedish media.

Reve, founded in 2013 by Andreas Wålm and Josep Nolla (CEO), developed a mobile application that allows customers to recognise, connect and interact with physical products from retailers.

The company has sales of approximately SEK 7 million ($750k) and raised almost $2 million from investors including Optimizer Invest, Wellstreet and Swedish angels Daniel Pilotti and Paul Fischbein.

Tipser, founded in 2011 and led by CEO Marcus Jacobsson, developed a software solution that provides affiliate-based options to any content provider aiming to add ecommerce capabilities to their content assets.
