TravelPerk extends its series C with an additional $60 million.

TravelPerk, a Barcelona, Spain-based business travel platform, announced its final close of  series C funding round at $104 million. The round, which was announced in October 2018, was supplemented with an additional $60 million from existing investors.

Backers included existing investors Kinnevik, Partners of DST Global, Target Global, Felix Capital, Sunstone, and LocalGlobe.

The company, which has now raised nearly $134m in total funding, intends to use the funds to further accelerate product innovation and continue its European expansion.

TravelPerk, founded in 2015 and led by Avi Meir, CEO, provides a business travel platform for travelers to compare, book and invoice trains, cars, flights, hotels and apartments from a range of providers including Kayak, Skyscanner, Expedia, Booking.com, and Airbnb and companies to stay in control via management features, 24/7 customer support, technology and consumer-grade design. The company recently opened new offices in London and Berlin and signed strategic partnerships with Lufthansa, Trainline, Spendesk, and Expensify.
