Ulobby, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based developer of a B2B SaaS platform for Public Affairs and stakeholder relations management, announced the completion of a strategic investment round.

The backing was provided by the Belgian law firm, Cullen International and the money will be used to scale the company's platform to other markets - beginning with Brussels.

Cullen International, based out of Brussels, is a provider of regulatory and competition law intelligence in the telecoms, media, digital economy and postal sectors.

Following the transaction, Michael Bjørnlund will continue to serve as the chairman of the board. The CEO of Cullen International, Jean Cullen, will join the board, which, besides the two founders, also consists of Jens Søndergaard from Capnova.

Ulobby, founded in 2016 by Bertel Torp (CTO) and Anders Kopp Jensen (CEO), built a software platform helping companies monitor issues and stakeholders, manage activities and gather political intelligence. The company has 15 employees and offices in Brussels and Copenhagen.

Prior to this deal, the company raised money two times from Danish investors including Capnova and angels Jens Egelund, Michael Bjørnlund, Erik Jacobsen and Jacob Holmblad.
