Umia was acquired by Alder

Alder Fund I AB has invested in Umia AB by acquiring 49% of the shares.

The selling parties are the current management team who jointly will remain as majority shareholders in the company.

The transaction was sourced in-house by Alder. 

Umia, established 2010, is an integrated supplier of technical installation and service solutions for buildings and plants. The company offers specialist expertise and integrated solutions in electrical and HVAC related installations that minimize the energy costs over time. In these areas of technology Umia operates at all stages – from advice and project planning to installation and service. The company is based in Umeå, Sweden and has over 100 employees today.
