Unique in a $6.4 million seed extension round from Pictet, Constantin Sturdza, and VI Partners.

Unique, a Zurich, Switzerland-based software startup developing a B2B SaaS sales intelligence platform, announced an extension of its seed round closed at $6.4 million.

The money was raised from investors include the Swiss private bank Pictet (acting on behalf of clients), Constantin Sturdza, and Swiss venture capital firm VI Partners.

Unique initially closed the seed round at $6 million at the end of 2021.

At the same time, the company announced that it has acquired Ciara, a Munich, germany-based provider of real-time meeting intelligence founded in 2019 by Martin Heibel and Konstantin Krauss, Ciara analyses voice data to deliver deal insights and conversation guidance to sales and customer service professionals. Ciara’s IP, including deal assistance, will be integrated into the Unique platform, which includes real-time capabilities for Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom ecosystems.

Unique, founded in 2021 by Andreas Hauri and CEO Manuel Grenacher, developed an AI-driven sales intelligence platform that records and analyzes sales conversations in 12 languages, including Swiss German, to deliver real-time insights and coaching to sales teams.
