Urbeez secures €2.5 million.

Urbeez, a Bruxelles, Belgium-based delivery company, announced that it completed a funding round of €2.5 million ($3M).

The money was raised from investors whose name remained undisclosed.

Urbeez, founded in 2020 by CEO Angelino Capretti (formerly with Tier), operates a fleet of 80% cargo bikes and 20% vehicles on 3 or 4 wheels, which are used for its deliveries to the city center, and already covers the entire 19 Brussels municipalities.

The company already works with major retail players such as IKEA and Colruyt, but also with Brussels initiatives such as Brussels’Kitchen.
