Vardaga (Ambea) acquires Famntaget Omsorg

Vardaga, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of home care services, announced that it acquired Famntaget Omsorg, a smaller competitor providing home care service in central Stockholm.

The financial details remained undisclosed.

Vardaga is a part of the Ambea group.

Famntaget Omsorg is a family business that started 2009 and provides home care service with focus on people with dementia. Famntaget Omsorg has approximately 150 customers and 40 employees, with 2018 revenue of SEK 20M
