Vessla gets funded by angel investors
Vessla, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup working on developing an electric scooter, has been funded with SEK 2.5M ($300k). The money comes from undisclosed local angel investors.
Vessla was founded by Rickard Bröms (CEO), Peter Klangsell and Mikael Klingberg. The company has under development an electric model of a scooter which is projected to run for 45 kilometers per hour and reach a range of 40-60 kilometers per charge. Th retail price goes for SEK 20000 ($2400) and the company also has a b2b subscription model that starts at SEK 2000 per month.
Vessla is estimated to make its products available at the beginning of 2018.
