Vev to raise a €5 million seed funding round led by EQT Ventures.
Vev, an Oslo, Norway-based SAAS business based on a visual tool for building web apps, announced completing a €5 million ($6M) seed funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by the Sweden-based VC EQT Ventures, joined by existing shareholders Sagene Tech Ventures and Skyfall Ventures.
Vev, founded in 2017 by CEO Tine Karlsen, Nicolay Thafvelin and Fredrik Evjen Eklis, developed a collaborative visual editor used by professional developers, designers and content creators to build and launch interactive websites and digital content. They have access to a combination of design tools, code, and content editor in the same platform and this way are able to produce visually responsive websites, whose code is generated automatically by Vev.
