Visiba Care, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based SAAS developer for health care providers, announced securing a SEK 100M ($11.2M) in a capital investment round.

The money was raised from investors from Sweden led by Swedbank Robur and CNI Nordics, and will be used for expansion in the Nordic region and Europe, as well as for further product development.

VIsiba Care, founded in 2014 and led by CEO Johan Gustafsson, built an e-health platform that enables healthcare providers to meet and treat patients online through their branded virtual clinic, which may include one or several digital receptions. The company is active in almost half of Sweden's regions, and produced revenue of about SEK 18 million ($2M) in 2019. Visiba Care is yet to be profitable, as it lost in same year roughly SEK 30 million.

Prior to this round, the company raised $8.5M.
