Visma buys Trollweb and strengthens focus on solutions for e-commerce.

Visma, an Oslo, Norway-headquartered SAAS company announced the acquisition of Norwegian Trollweb, a global provider of solutions based on e-commerce platform Magento.

Trollweb, led by president Richard Kingfelt, is based in Sandnes, Norway and has with offices in Oslo, Norrköping and Copenhagen. The company provides e-commerce solutions based on Magento, and deliver everything customers need to get started with their e-commerce strategy, from the design, consulting and implementation to operation and maintenance.

The transaction strengthens Visma Retail's strategic focus on solutions in ecommerce as it will offer the market a complete portfolio - from online trading to physically client meeting, and processes to store and chain drive. After the acquisition, Trollweb will build up a professional unit focused on online shopping in Stockholm and central Oslo, where many of its customers are located.
