VIsolit acquired 4Human

Visolit, an Asker, Norway-based provider of centralised IT operations, outsourcing and system integration to the Nordic SME market, acquired 4human, a Norwegian software company within HR and management systems.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens Visolit’s position within public and private cloud solutions.
 
4human IT is particularly strong in the accounting and auditing sector with customers across Norway and plans to utilize Visolit’s platform for further growth. The company has 22 FTEs and reported revenues of NOK 34.8m in 2020.
