Vividye announced raising a SEK 4.1 million seed round led by Chalmers Ventures.
Vividye, a Gothenburg, Sweden-based startup manufacturing an alternative printing technology, announced an equity funding round closed at SEK 4.3 million ($500k).
Themoney was raised locally from Sweden, from investors including Chalmers Ventures, Almi Invest, Yuncture Invest, Daremont Invest, and Louise Lundin.
Vividye, founded in 2020 by Anna-Karin Hellström, Eric Henriksson Martí, Gustav Larsson Utas, CEO Johanna Nissén Karlsson and Romain Bordes, developed a reversible printing technology that is an alternative solution to the colour-related inefficiencies the textile industry faces when trying to reuse and recycle garments. Business cases include in both printing/dyeing and reusing/recycling processes, ultimately contributing to the industry’s shift towards circularity.
