Warehousing1 secured seed investment from Base10, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures and angel investors
Warehousing1, a Berlin, Germany-based startup building a warehousing and distribution network, announced closing a seed investment round.
The money was provided by a range of investors including the Berlin-Munich VC HV Holtzbrinck Ventures and Base10 Partners and angel investors Jan Deepen and Stefan Jeschonnek (through Discovery Ventures), David Nothacker, Julius Köhler and Nicolaus Schefenacker.
Warehousing1, founded in 2018 by CEO Nils Aschmann, Fabian Sedlmayr and Nico Szeli, are working for the development of a of warehousing and distribution logistics platform designed to book appropriate storage areas and corresponding services for handling the processes in the warehouse.
The company's platform offers access to a database of 3500 logistics locations in Germany and other countries near the border, for which capacity can be expanded flexibly in the event of seasonal fluctuations in storage requirements, enabling customers to find suitable warehouse logistics solutions, manage them digitally, and efficiently optimize processes.
