Webstech was acquired by the Americans from Telesense.
Webstech, an Aarhus, Denmark-based company providing wiresless sensors solutions, announced that it was acquired by the American company TeleSense.
Financial details of the deal remained undisclosed. Following the deal, TeleSense will add a European office in Denmark and integrate Webstech technology advances, including industrial automation capabilities, solar/battery power functionality and alternate form factors such as sensor spears, into its own offering.
Webstech CEO Thomas Kylling, an agriculture industry veteran, will join the TeleSense team as managing director for Europe.
