Wolt, a Helsinki, Finland-based food delivery company, announced the completion of a €100 million ($108M) capital investment round.

The funding was provided by a range of new and existing investors, including ICONIQ Capital, Highland Europe, 83North and EQT Ventures, and Goldman Sachs Growth Equity.

According to a media statement by CEO Miki Kuusi, the funding round was raised in conjunction with the global Covid-19 crisis and the potential downturn forecasted in the near future.
