Wonderflow in a $20 million Series B funding round led by Toronto-based Klass Capital.

Wonderflow, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based software developer, announced closing a $20 million series B round.

The money was raised from investors led by Toronto-based Klass Capital, joined by existing shareholders - the Italian venture capital firm P101, ITALIA 500 (Azimut Group) and the Dutch manager Jan Bennink.

Wonderflow, founded in Italy in 2013 by Giovanni Gaglione, Michele Ruini and Riccardo Osti (CEO), developed a SAAS platform for B2B customer feedback analytics, used to collect feedback from review, customer service data, and then analyses text via Natural language processing (NLP). The company claims to have developed the most accurate linguistic analysis technology that is capable of simulating human interpretative ability and has been able to make it usable by any user without technical knowledge. In simple terms, the analysis technology determines what customers like or dislike about your products.

The company has 50 employees in offices from Amsterdam, Milan, and Trento. and supporting customers including Philips, Colgate-Palmolive, Uber, DHL, Delonghi, Reckitt Benckiser, Beiersdorf, Beko, Samsung, GSK, Lavazza, Grundig, Kantar.

Wonderflow previously raised €2M from P101 and ITALIA 500 at the end of 2020.
