Workee announced raising DKK 2.3M.

Workee, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based startup building a mobile marketplace for recruitment, announced securing funds of DKK 2.25 million ($380k).

The money was raised from angel investors whose name was not disclosed, and includes a matching loan from the Danish state fund Vaekstfonden.

Workee, founded in 2019 by Evgenia Bereziuk and CEO Vera Reshetina, developed a lightweight mobile-first app that connects job-seekers with companies around them. The app aims to make the hiring process as simple and fast as possible.
