Yptokey secures capital funding from IBB Ventures and Totara Investment Club

Yptokey, a Berlin, Germany-based SAAS developer of a white label mobile security solution, announced that it secured a capital funding raise.

The money was raised from German investors including Totara Investment Club and IBB Ventures. The investment is intended to enable the expansion of the team, further product development and ambitious growth plans.

Yptokey, founded in 2018 as a spinoff from the automotive supplier Hella by Tobias Rasche and Nikolay Manchovski, provides a software solution for mobile access based on decentralized technology. By this, smartphones can be enabled to authorize in front of assets, e.g. for opening a building door or a car.
