Zaver secured SEK 40M in a round backed by Inbox Capital and angel investors from Sweden.
Zaver, a Stockholm, Sweden-based developer of a SAAS used for financial payments, announced that it completed a funding round of SEK 40M ($4.7M).
The money was raised from investors including Inbox Capital and a range of Swedish angels such as Fredrik Österberg, Magnus Rausing, Joen Bonnier as well as Fabian Hielte, Maximilian Hobohm and Johannes Hobohm via their investment vehicle Ernström.
Zaver, founded in 2016 by Amir Marandi, Linus Malmén and Filip Gauffin in order to build a business based on a payment solution for p2p transactions. The solution is reducing fraud and enabling credit financing at point-of-sale in P2P transactions and is aimed at small and medium-sized players in both e-commerce and physical commerce.
