Zenegy adds strategic investment from Danske Bank

Zenegy, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SAAS provider of a cloud based payroll system, announced getting into an investment agreement with strategic investor Danske Bank.

Following the investment, Danske Bank will own 11% of the company and Zenegy will become part of Danske Bank's financial platform 'District', whereas the bank's corporate customers can gather their financial data in one place

Zenegy, founded in 2015 by Jacob Wandt and CEO Jes Brinch, developed a cloud-based HR platform.
