Zliide secured DKK 6.3M from Nordic Eye, Preseed Ventures and Seed Capital

Zliide, an Aarhus, Denmark-based company manufacturing a wearable and mobile software solution for retail industry, closed a DKK 6.3M ($1M) capital investment round.

The money was provided by a range of Danish investors, including PreSEED Ventures, Nordic Eye Capital and SEED Capital.

Zliide, founded in 2017 and led by CEO Morten Møgelmose, built a self-checkout system that aims to improve the overall physical shopping experience. The company manufactures intelligent anti-theft tags that automatically unlock once a payment is made. The wearable has a mobile app associated with it, providing retailers with in-store statistics, product interactions, inventory management and costumer behaviour in real time.
