24SevenOffice pays $280k for 51% in Credité Consulting AB.

24SevenOffice, an Oslo, Norway-based software company announced the acquisition of Credite Consulting AB, an accounting shop with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

The deal was made for 51% of the shares for SEK 2.5M ($280k), half in equity shares and half in cash.

Credite Consulting AB, founded in 2012 by Tove Andervass, is a Gold Certified partner for 24SevenOffice and employs 14 people. The company had sales of SEK 7.9M ($900k) in 2017 and an annual growth of 30 percent.
