Akkurate secures 500 000 euros in investment funding from Lifeline, Suffice, Green Campus Innovation and FInnish angel investors.

Akkurate, a Kaarina, Finland-based startup providing consulting for manufacturing electric batteries, announced securing EUR 500k ($620k) in capital investment. The backers include existing investor Lifeline Ventures, as well as Hong Kong-based Suffice, Lappeenranta University of Technology’s investment firm Green Campus Innovations and private investors.

Akkurate was founded in 2015 by CEO Mika Kanninen, born out of Microsoft’s takeover of Nokia. The company specialises in the testing, optimising, and analysing of lithium batteries. Prior to this deal, Akkurate received funding from Lifeline Ventures at the end of 2016.
