Apsis buys up Innometrics.

Apsis, a Malmö, Sweden-based SAAS permission marketing company, announced completing the acquisition of Innometrics AB.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed and the founders and employee shareholders in Innometrics reinvested a majority of their stake into Apsis ownership and will continue to build the offering under the Apsis brand.

Apsis, founded in 2001 by Anders Frankel, is the largest email marketing and marketing automation firm in the Nordics with more than 5000 customers. The company had a turnover of about SEK 280 million in 2015.

Innometrics, founded in 2010 by Gordon Savage, Jens Agerberg and Mattias Ward, has one of the most innovative offerings in the Nordics related to profiling cloud services. The company has 22 employees with revenues of about SEK 15 million in 2015 and a growth rate of more than 60% annually. 

Innometrics was backed by SEB Venture Capital which makes its exit from the company.
