BotsAndUs in a $13 million series A round, led by Lakestar and joined by Maersk Growth, Kindred Capital, and Capnamic.

BotsAndUs, a London, UK-based startup that develops full-stack robot systems for warehouse operations announced that it closed a $13 million equity funding round.

The money was raised from investors led by Lakestar, with participation from Maersk Growth, Kindred Capital and Capnamic Ventures.

With the fresh capital, BotsAndUs is targeting markets including Germany, France, Nordics, USA, and Canada and driving product development.

BotsAndUs, founded in 2015 by Adrian Negoita and Andrei Danescu, develops state of the art robotics and AI products by combining social sciences with human-centred design and cutting edge engineering. The data platform helps to drive zero error warehousing operations and allows for a quick response to operational challenges as it collects real-time insights using fully autonomous, mobile robots to quickly process pallets at every stage in their journey throughout a warehouse.

BotsAndUs was initially seeded in 2020 in a $6 million funding round led by Kindred Capital and Capnamic Ventures.
