Boyum IT Solutions acquires the Swiss company beas group AG in a deal financed by GRO Capital

Boyum IT Solutions A/S, an Aarhus, Denmark-based company providing SAP-based software solutions and services, completed the acquisition of the Swiss company beas group AG, the top international provider of manufacturing software for SAP Business One.

In connection with the acquisition of beas group, the Danish technology-focused private equity fund GRO Capital becomes a minority shareholder in Boyum IT Solutions. Financial details were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of Boyum IT Solutions’ growth strategy and strengthens the company’s position as the leading global Software Solution Provider.

Boyum IT Solutions, led by CEO and shareholder Mikael Boyum, is a Software Solutions Provider (SSP), delivering proprietary add-on solutions to SAP Business One applicable across all industries.
