Brocc raised SEK 70M from new and existing investors.

Brocc, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating a digital platform for P2P Consumer Lending, completed a SEK 70M ($7.5M) capital investment round.

The funding will be used to accelerate the company's growth ambitions.

Brocc, founded in 2015 as Sparlån and led by CEO Jonathan Klein, built a marketplace facilitating access to peer-to-peer consumer loans, by allowing individuals to lend money to other individuals.

The company is not profitable at a turnover of SEK 10.8M ($1.1M). Brocc raised more than $5M in risk money and is funded by angel investors from Sweden, including Christian Olofsson, Erik Fischbeck, Jan-Carl De Geer and Patrik Gunnarsson.
