C2IT Holding acquired the Copenhagen development company IT Kartellet.

C2IT Holding, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based IT consulting company, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 80% of the shares in the Copenhagen development company IT Kartellet.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.The current CEO of the IT Kartellet, Henrik Thorn, will continue to be part of the company.

C2IT, founded in 2003 and led by CEO Carsten Sixhøi, provides process optimization solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, working with more than 200 customers in the trade, production, distribution, services.
