JDM merges its operations with CloudWorkers

JDM, an Odense, Denmark-based software integrator, announced that it entered a merger agreement with its competitor based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Cloud Workers.

The merger deal, which has financial details undisclosed, sees a bigger organisation counting over 50 employees and strengthens JDM's position as one of Denmark's suppliers of bespoke Microsoft Cloud software solutions.

CloudWorkers, founded in 2000 and led by the two owners Thomas Belsø and Nis Bank Lorenzen, is a IT service and solution provider of infrastructure and cloud solutions for small and midsize companies in Denmark and the Nordic area.

JDM, led by CEO Jacques D. Møller, is a software integrator working on and selling Microsoft technologies.
